These in-line Push-To-Talk (PTT) or Push-to-Mute (PTM) switches make communication on the job easier, faster and safer. They are designed for use with SED’s rescue communication systems, Rescom Elite® and Rescom® Modular™.

These switches keep the communication essential only as User can either opt for a Push-to-Talk (PTT) variant, which activates when the button is pressed or they can opt for a Push-To-Mute (PTM) variant, which mutes the voice when the button is pressed.
The Push-to-Mute (PTM) switches are useful as it allows Users to communicate hands-free, eliminating the distraction of picking up the switch, while still having the ability to mute unnecessary communication with the click of a button.
They can easily be locked into place with the slide-to-lock™ mechanism*. The slide-to-lock mechanism allows the switch to be held in a depressed position, allowing users to operate it hands-free.
